A/Prof Marios Efthymiou completed physician training at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne and subsequently completed successive fellowships through St Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne and the world renowned St Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, Canada.

He is the Deputy Head of Endoscopy at the Austin Hospital and an Associate Professor through the Department of Medicine at Melbourne University. Marios has expertise in general gastroenterology, hepatology and all aspects of advanced interventional endoscopy.
